Production of pocket springs

For gluing nonwovens in the production of pocket springs in the mattress industry, we have developed Hot-Melt EVA Adhesives based on a mixture of EVA polymers and synthetic resins. The use of Titan Industry adhesives guarantees:

• A strong and durable bond between pocket springs and upholstery materials, allows these components to be effectively joined into a unified structure,
• Good adhesion to a wide variety of materials, such as steel, fabrics, wood, and plastics, which ensures effective bonding between pocket springs and other mattress components,
• High strength and resistance to loads, body movements, and normal wear and tear,
• Flexibility allows the pocket springs to move freely while using the mattress. As a result, these adhesives do not restrict the natural movement of the springs, which contributes to improved sleeping comfort and prolonged life of the mattress.
